By accessing and using Sora, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of Service

Sora provides an online booking management platform for businesses. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

3. Payments and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly. All prices are in Georgian Lari (₾). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

For businesses that enable online payments, Sora facilitates customer deposit/payment collection through Bank of Georgia. Refunds are processed through Bank of Georgia and, once submitted, cannot be reversed.

4. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Sora, you consent to such processing.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sora is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
